Vernaccia di San Gimignano

First up is a wine that I drink to little of. It is called Torrebona and it is a Vernaccia di San Gimignano from Tuscany in Italy. From the name one can see that the grape is Vernaccia di San Gimignano. The producer is Cecchi and the vintage is 2017 and the ABV is 12,5%. The taste is of some tropical fruits with citrus and some minerals. A bit softer than previous Vernaccia di San Gimignano that I have tried but it is is good. The town San Gimignano is famous for the towers and is worth a visit. But there are to many tourists during day time so visit in the evening.

Next up is the Bosco Del Gal Custoza from produer Tommasi. This white wine is from Veneto region in Italy. The year is 2017 and the ABV is 12%. The taste is of pears, citrus and some minerality. A good well balanced wine.
