Greco di Tufo 2010 is from Campania and the label of the Wine said it was good together with anti past so bring on the prosciutto and the salami. The wine tastes good and the dryness of the wine works very well with the prosciutto. It also says that the wine should work very well with fritti misti e pesce so next time I get a bottle I will try it with that.
